So grateful for Life Coaching for helping me bring sanity to my life. For giving me the tools to examine, question, and understand my thoughts and work out how to get everything back on track.
To live an intentional life ✨
After years of therapy (that didn’t work) and repetitive cycles of destructive behavior, the podcasts and lessons LCS offered during my daily walks during lockdown became a bright light in what felt like an endless dark tunnel. At the end of 2020, I felt sane, for the first time in years, I felt a sense of purpose and true passion. I knew what I needed to do. After months of no work and trying to stay afloat, to say I was scraping the barrel was an understatement.
I had no money but that didn’t deter me. I signed up to become a life coach through LCS.
Last July, I was certified. But truth be told (and you know I will always tell it like it is), I was uncomfortable putting myself out there as a coach. I let the usual excuses stop me along with the fear of failure.
Then quite by chance, I reconnected with an amazing coach, Debbie Shadid (@life.coach.growth) whom I’d met years ago, who is also a graduate of LCS (yes, even coaches need coaching) took me under her wing. With her unwavering encouragement and the support of so many others, I am taking (for me) the brave step of announcing “The Intentional Coach”.
My mission: To inspire women redefine their sense of purpose, to live an intentional life, a life filled not only passion but more importantly, the tools to handle the ups and downs of life.
I couldn’t be more excited!
With moxie and mojo,
Nikki
